Opsterland City Council has started the experiment council square 'Wolkom yn 'e lobby'. A place where residents and organizations can informally submit topics to council members.

If you want to raise an important question or issue, you can send a letter or email to the City Council.

Citizens' Initiative

You can have your own topic placed on the City Council's meeting agenda. For example, if you think that the council should pay more attention to a particular topic, you can make this known.
