Today votes will be counted at the candidate level. The vote counting is open to the public. So if you want to come and watch, you are welcome to do so.

The final turnout in Opsterland is known. This year's turnout is 50.15%. This is a substantial growth compared to 2019 (42.64%) and 2014 (39.89%).

The polling stations are closed. Tonight the votes at each polling station will be counted at the party level. On Sunday, June 9 (11 p.m.), we will publish on our website how votes were cast in Opsterland.

The third interim turnout is known. Turnout at 7 p.m. is 39.3%.

The second midterm turnout is known. Turnout at 3 p.m. is 21.49%.

The first interim turnout is known. Turnout at 11 a.m. is 10.3%.

Today Mayor Andries Bouwman visited all the polling stations in Opsterland. He started in Nij Beets.

The polling stations are open! Be welcome and don't forget your voting card and valid ID. You can vote today until 9 p.m.

All votes cast on Thursday, June 6, will be counted at the party level that same evening. On Friday, June 7, we will count votes at the candidate level.
