Visit by the Commissioner and the Dike Count

Commissioner of the King Arno Brok and Dijkgraaf Luzette Kroon are visiting all 18 Frisian municipalities today. They started early this morning in Vlieland and will end tonight in Leeuwarden.

Around 5 p.m. it was Opsterland's turn and they arrived at the Lycklamahûs in Beetsterzwaag. Mayor Lex Roolvink welcomed them and after a look at the garden full of beautiful crocuses, they entered the polling station. Statesman Erik de Groot, a resident of Opsterland, was also present. A few chats, introductions and photos later, it was already time to travel on to the next municipality: Ooststellingwerf.
