Count, count, and count again

Now that the polling stations are closed, the ballot boxes are opened. The ballots are spread out on the floor, ready to be counted with the utmost care.

Tonight, votes will be counted at party level for both the Provincial Council and the Wetterskip. Tomorrow, the central vote counting at candidate level will take place at MFC de Wier in Ureterp.

It's over: the votes have been counted at party and candidate level, the official minutes have been drawn up and all official documents have been signed. The Central Election Bureau in Leeuwarden now takes over.
