Stories from the polling stations

A lot is happening at the polling stations today. Some anecdotes, stories or situations are so wonderful that we would like to take a moment to share them with you. 

At the Skâns, for example, a gentleman stopped by who had specially brought along his red voting pencil from the previous elections. After all, he who keeps something has something. Speaking of saving: at another polling station, a lady handed over her voting card from the municipal elections. She returned home to look for the correct card, found it and came back to cast her vote. The perseverer wins! 

We saw young and old passing by the polling stations this morning. While taking some photos, an elderly gentleman said he wanted to be in the photo, but only if his wife could be in it too. And so it happened...
