Extract of Basic Registration of Persons - BRP
The Basisregistratie PersonenBRP) contains details of everyone who lives or has lived in the Netherlands. You can request an extract of this personal data. You can do this at the municipality where you are registered. The extract contains at least your name, date of birth, address and place of residence. Please note: we work by appointment only.

You can request the extract online and receive it by mail. You can also stop by the Public Center. You can usually take the document home immediately. Be sure to bring valid identification.
You can request a transcript for another person. You must have permission and you will need a copy of the other person's identification.

Persons who have departed abroad can apply for an extract from BRP at the Non-Registered Registration (RNI).
