We have been receiving reports lately about insulation companies going door-to-door. They talk about insulation measures and subsidies, and sometimes say that you are entitled to municipal subsidies. This is not always true. We do not cooperate with these companies.

Volunteer energy coaches are active in every village. These people come from the village itself. Sometimes they come by without telling you beforehand. This hotline will help Vereniging Eigen Huis better Map the extent of this problem and exactly what consumers are experiencing. Using the results, they can provide you and other homeowners with more targeted information and warnings. If necessary, they can approach market participants or regulatory authorities to address these unfair sales practices.
