About sunshine, snobbery, and voting...

Heading to the polling station while the sun is shining: it's a beautiful day today! Mayor Lex Roolvink agrees, now that he's back at city hall after his tour of all the polling stations. He left a well-stocked basket of treats at each location as a thank-you to the polling station staff.

The 'snobbery' also appealed to voters and the children who accompanied them. And there were so many young people at the polling stations. To vote (for the first time), but also to help out. Fantastic!
