What to do in Lippenhuizen

The section of the Turf Route through Lippenhuizen passes through a beautiful coulisse landscape. A coulisse landscape is a varied landscape with meadows and fields surrounded by trees or shrubs, making it look like a stage with screens. On foot or by bicycle, the landscape can be admired. A nice outing is the Liphústerheide, a moorland along the small river It Alddjip (Koningsdiep). If you want something to eat or drink, there are several restaurants and cafes in the village. And staying overnight is possible at the local mini-camping site.
