There is a commercial plot in the northern part of Nij Beets. The former business has recently relocated and the commercial plot has fallen into disuse. Real estate developer Kuin has conceived a plan to build 23 homes here and has submitted a modification plan to that effect. The plot is located within the existing urban area.
Housing:
Intended a building program of 23 housing units, it concerns:
- 3 detached houses for sale (above €420,000, costs payable by buyer)
- 10 semi-detached owner-occupied homes (above €420,000 costs payable by buyer)
- 10 terraced houses (for sale, under €420,000 costs payable by buyer)
Planning:
- Q4 2025: adopt amendment plan
- Q1 2026: sales start
- Q2 2026: start of construction
- Q1 2027: completion of 1st home
