Change entrance or exit

You can submit your application through the Omgevingsloket website at . As an individual, you can submit your application online using your DigiD login credentials. As a business, you can submit your application online using eHerkenning.

The municipality may reject the application pursuant to Article 2:12 of the Opsterland General Local Ordinance (APV). 

For example, it is prohibited to create an exit onto the road or to make changes to an existing exit onto the road:

• if this has not been reported to the municipal executive in advance, along with a sketch of the desired exit route and a photo of the current situation;
• if the municipal council has prohibited the creation or alteration of the exit.

The municipal council may prohibit the construction or alteration of the exit if:

• dangerous or disruptive situations arise for traffic;
• a public parking space is lost unnecessarily;
• it comes at the expense of public green spaces in the municipality;
• there is an access road to a lot that is already served by another access road, and the construction of this second access road would come at the expense of a public parking space or public green space;
• it detracts from the aesthetic appeal of the surroundings;
• it violates the zoning plan, a management ordinance, or the environmental plan.
