The municipality of Opsterland wants to be there for everyone: residents, entrepreneurs and organizations. Good communication is therefore very important. We want our messages to be clear so that you understand what we mean.
We use a variety of ways to communicate with you. We send thousands of letters each year, but you will also find information on our website, on social media and receive emails.
What are we working on?
We are looking at how to make our letters and other messages better. Because we want our communications to be: Clear and understandable, have a nice and appropriate tone, and be easy to read for everyone.
We ask our staff to think with us, but we also like to hear our residents' opinions. What do you think of our letters and other messages? What could be better? How can we keep you better informed?
