Gorredijk - Road Closure on Rindert van Zinderen Bakkerstrjitte and Geert van der Zwaagstrjitte
Temporary closure of Rindert van Zinderen Bakkerstrjitte and Geert van der Zwaagstrjitte from Monday, November 2, 2026, through December 11, 2026.
On behalf of the municipality of Opsterland, a contracting company is carrying out repaving work on Rindert van Zinderen Bakkerstrjitte and a small section of Geert van der Zwaagstrjitte.
As a result of this work, both roads will be closed to through traffic. The closure will begin on Monday, November 2, 2026, and will last through December 11, 2026.
Molenwal is a one-way street. While the aforementioned roads are closed, Molenwal will temporarily become a two-way street.
In Omrin, residents of the Molenwal can drop off their “ Waste container ” on the Kerkewal during the closure. This will be communicated to the residents concerned.
