Energy fixers

Energy fixers are volunteers from your own neighborhood who help you implement a number of small measures that reduce your energy bill. These include replacing light bulbs with LED bulbs, installing draft strips on interior doors, and applying radiator foil. These measures are always free of charge for residents.

A small group of volunteer energy fixers is now at work. They visit residents' homes by appointment and are present at events such as the Sustainability Weekend in October 2025.

Energy fixers are hard at work during the sustainability weekend. They visit residents with a bag full of supplies to carry out small energy-saving jobs.

Become a volunteer energy fixer

Would you like to carry out small measures for your neighbors? Then sign up as a volunteer energy fixer!

We ensure that you are well prepared to get started. That is why you will receive free training. Still unsure? No problem. You can take the training first and then decide whether you want to help. In addition, we organize an inspiring meeting on a relevant topic four times a year. Here you will meet other energy fixers, energy coaches, and municipal employees. You will share experiences and practical ideas to help residents even better.

Would you prefer to help on a one-off basis? That is also possible. For example, during a sustainability campaign. Please indicate this by email.
