You enter your zip code and house number and you will then get a list of all the schemes available. 

Grants and schemes

Insulation Action Opsterland (LAI).

The Municipality of Opsterland is currently running an insulation incentive program. We are offering you €2,177 to spend on insulation for your home. You are eligible to participate in this program if your home is not yet properly insulated and its WOZ value is less than €429,300 (as of 2022). Households with a monthly income of up to 150% of the social minimum may be eligible for an additional €2,500 in subsidies.

Investment subsidy for renewable energy and energy conservation (ISDE)

This subsidy is for homeowners. You can get subsidies for insulation measures, heat pumps, solar water heaters and heat grid connections.

Private Electric Passenger Car Grant Program (SEPP).

This subsidy scheme is for individuals. It is for the purchase of an all-electric car. This may be a new or used, owned or private lease car.

Subsidy Scheme for Sustainability and Maintenance of Rental Housing (SVOH).

Do you rent out a property? If so, you may be eligible for the SVOH. With this scheme, you will receive subsidies for energy-saving measures to make your rental property(s) more sustainable.

Loans

Stay loan

This loan is for renters and homeowners. With the Blijverslening you can make your home suitable for life. At least 50% of the loan amount must be used for this purpose; the other 50% may be used for energy-saving measures or asbestos removal.

Redemption

The Redemption Grant is for homeowners. There is a minimum age of 10 years before the legal state pension age. The purpose of the Redeeming Allowance is to make the home lifecycle-proof. This includes making the home more energy efficient and asbestos removal.

Energy Savings Loan Heat Fund

This loan is for making the home more sustainable by applying one or more sustainability measures. Do you have a combined income of less than €48,625? Then you pay no interest.
