OWO Energy Office Coordinator.

As coordinator you are the spider in the web in the OWO Energy Office. Established to support residents of the municipalities of Ooststellingwerf, Weststellingwerf and Opsterland (OWO) in making their homes more sustainable. Both volunteers and paid staff are active within the OWO Energy Office. You are their permanent point of contact, keep the overview and are a real connector. You sense what is needed and empower the other. You coordinate and enthuse the dozens of volunteer energy coaches and fixers. You spar and coordinate with your policy colleagues and promote the vision of the three municipalities. For this you are in regular contact with the Sustainability Managers of the three municipalities. You support and coach the four energy scouts in their work and organize network meetings.

What will you do?

You will ensure that residents in the three municipalities are assisted as much as possible in making their homes more sustainable. For this you are the contact person within the OWO Energy Office for your colleagues from policy, the volunteers within the three municipalities and the energy explorers. You connect people and initiatives by sensing what is needed and connecting with the other. To do this, you go out into the three municipalities. Being in contact with all those different volunteers, energy initiatives, working groups and village support centers: that is what energizes you as a connector and booster.

The OWO Energy Office is young and full of development. You get energy from driving projects and developing a concept further. For this, you are positively critical and use your leadership skills.
