In Ureterp, expansion plan De Hege Kamp offers building plots for sale for detached, semi-detached and terraced houses. Ureterp is one of the larger villages in Opsterland, located next to the large core of Drachten with all amenities and near the A7, A32 and N381.
Sales procedure
The municipality of Opsterland uses a sales procedure to ensure that those interested in a building plot have equal opportunities. This means that the municipality announces the sale of free building plots on the website and periodically in the Sa! Registration can be done via the application form. You may mail this to grondverkoop@opsterland.nl.
If there are multiple applicants, the notary will draw lots. The procedure is attached on the website.
