WOZ value desk
As of October 1, 2016, the municipality has a legal obligation to provide you with insight into the WOZ values of all homes. The National Provision WOZ (LV WOZ) is the national counter for viewing WOZ values. The desk gives you online insight into the WOZ value of homes throughout the Netherlands.

What information can you see?
Through the counter, the WOZ values of homes are displayed along with a Map of the surrounding area. The information can be found at www.wozwaardeloket.nl. These are WOZ values of homes; WOZ values of commercial properties are not public. By using the zip code, house number and/or letter, the property in question can be retrieved.
The national facility makes it easier to provide users with data from the Basic Register of Property Valuation. For large users of WOZ data, such as the Tax Office, the Water Boards and CBS, this is convenient and saves time. A basic registration contains specific information such as addresses, personal data, company names, geo or property information, which are used by a number of government agencies. By sharing already known data with each other, the government can work more efficiently and improve services.
Insight and comparison
The transparency of the housing market has improved with the advent of the counter. The advantage is that it gives you the opportunity to compare the WOZ value of your own home with that of homes in the area. To make this possible, the Dutch municipalities are connected to the national provision WOZ (LV-WOZ).
