Traffic disruptions on various bridges due to maintenance
This week (August 10–16), Hollandia, a contractor based in Sint Nicolaasga, is performing major maintenance on the movable bridges in the municipality.
Traffic measures have been put in place for the Rolbrêge in Tijnje, the Spaltenbrêge in Terwispel, and the Overtoombrêge in Gorredijk. At the other bridges, moving barriers are being used to ensure the safety of workers and road users.
Some traffic disruptions may occur during the work. However, the bridges will remain fully operational for maritime traffic.
