Uthôf, Siegerswoude

The Uthôf in Siegerswoude had been slated for redevelopment for several years. Due to the current housing shortage, an agreement has been reached with Plaatselijk Belang to proceed with the development of this area. The municipality owns this area.
In the spring of 2024, the planning process to rezone the area for new residential construction was completed.

Sales procedure
Registration for the lottery for the four vacant lots at Uthôf has begun. The relevant documents are provided below. You can register until Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. The lottery will take place on Thursday, May 21, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in Beetsterzwaag.
