Uthôf, Siegerswoude

The Uthôf in Siegerswoude had been on the nomination to build for several years. Because of the current housing need, it was agreed with Plaatselijk Belang to further develop this area. The municipality owns this area.
In spring 2024, we went through the planning process to change the zoning for new residential construction. We are expected to issue the lots in Q1 2026.

- Q4 2025: construction start
- Q1 2026: issue lots.
