The Uthôf in Siegerswoude had been on the nomination to build for several years. Because of the current housing need, it was agreed with Plaatselijk Belang to further develop this area. The municipality owns this area.
In spring 2024, the plan procedure was completed to change the zoning for new housing construction. It is expected that we will issue the lots in spring 2025.
