The development and construction of the Fûgelliet Noord expansion plan is being carried out by a number of local construction companies and is currently in full swing.
Housing:
Envisioned is a building program of 30 housing units. It concerns:
- 4 detached houses for sale (above €405,000 v.o.n.)
- 8 semi-detached houses for sale (above €405,000 v.o.n.)
- 18 row houses (sale below €405,000 n.d.)
Planning:
- The houses are currently under construction. Two houses have already been completed.
