Two project-based building lots available

Are you active in project development or housing construction? Gemeente Opsterland is offering two project-based building plots on the former school site It Twaspan, located at Meester Geertswei and Welfingstrjitte in Wijnjewoude. The building plots are intended for a total of eight homes, designed as semi-detached houses. Sale procedure will start on September 3, 2025 and allocation will follow by drawing lots. Registration closes at noon on September 24, 2025. You can find more information and registration forms under the attachments section.

About the lots:

• Plot Meester Geertswei:

  • Surface area approximately 1,220 m2
  • The selling price of the lot is € 245,220 excluding VAT and buyer's costs (notary and Land Registry fees). The notary and Land Registry fees are therefore at the buyer's expense.

• Plot Welfingstrjitte:

  • Surface area approximately 1,188 m2
  • The selling price of the lot is € 238,788.00 excluding VAT and buyer's costs (notary and Land Registry fees). The notary and Land Registry fees are therefore at the buyer's expense.
• Four homes per lot; executed in semi-detached houses.
• The eight homes have a maximum purchase price of €405,000 v.o.n.
• Self-occupancy obligation end user: 5 years
• The lots will be delivered ready for construction.

Welfingstrjitte

• These four homes should be built target group-independent (lifelong).

Meester Geertswei

• The wish of Plaatselijk Belang Wijnjewoude is to apply a high gutter line. There is a deviation authority (OPA) for this in the environmental plan.
