H2 Clear headings and titles
Most texts are not "flat": they have a structure. They consist of headings and paragraphs, bullet points or quotes. A page's title should clearly describe what the page is about. And (intermediate) headings should describe the topic or purpose of the paragraphs below them.
Always start a text with a title and give it the style H2. In fact, H1 is already used for the page title.
Keep a header structure in this order H1, H2, H3. Give the paragraph the paragraph style.

What is required for office files?
The law states what is required for office files:
- All office files posted on a website or in an app after Sept. 23, 2018, must be accessible.
- Office files posted before Sept. 23, 2018 must be made accessible if they are part of an active administrative process.
