Sewer charge
Is your home connected directly or indirectly to the municipal sewer system? Then you pay sewerage charges. You also pay sewerage tax for collection and disposal of rainwater and groundwater on municipal property. The money the municipality receives through this tax is used for sewer maintenance. We make a distinction in sewerage charges between dwellings and non-residential properties.
Sewer charge for homes
As a user of a home, you must pay sewer charges. For the amount, it is important whether you live alone or with more people.
- Single household € 197.00
- Multi-person household €259.00
Sewer charges for non-residential properties
Non-dwellings can also be directly or indirectly connected to the municipal sewer system. In most cases, these are businesses. The amount of wastewater or rain discharged through the sewer or municipal property (wastewater discharged perm3) is important for the amount of the charge. If your building is 70% or more residential, you pay only residential sewer charges. If not, you will pay sewer charges for non-residential properties.
