You apply for a passport in person at the municipality. To do so, go to the Public Center in the town hall by appointment. Children must also come to the town hall to apply for a passport. Up to the age of 18 they need permission to apply. After 5 working days you can pick up your passport, by appointment. A passport for adults is valid for 10 years. Young people under the age of 18 receive a passport that is valid for 5 years.
