Why is this important?
The event calendar is a useful tool for the police and emergency services to effectively allocate their available personnel and resources. If you do not submit a date but would like to organize an event next year, your event may not be approved due to limited availability of emergency services.
No permit application
Please note: This notification is not a permit application. By submitting this notification, you are simply providing advance notice of your event for planning purposes. This allows the police and emergency services to take it into account in a timely manner. You must apply for the permit separately at a later date: eight to twelve weeks before the event.
