Public orientation council meeting
An informational council meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, starting at 7:30 p.m. in the council chamber in Beetsterzwaag. The public is welcome to attend, but the meeting can also be viewed live on the municipality’s website atwww.opsterland.nl/gemeenteraad.

The next Mienskipspetear will be held on Tuesday, May 12, at 7:00 p.m. in the council chamber of the town hall in Beetsterzwaag. To do so, please contact the Municipal Clerk’s Office by Tuesday, May 12, at 12:00 PM at the latest Municipal Clerk’s Office (0512) 386 333 or email:Municipal Clerk’s Office. The public is also welcome to attend the Mienskipspetear in person in the council chamber, or you can watch it live online.
