Independent client support
After you request support from the Area Team, one of the consultants will come to your home to discuss your situation.
It is important that you can tell what is going on as best you can. It is best to do this in your own words. Would you like someone to be there to help you explain what is going on? Ask a family member, friend, neighbor or caregiver to be present during the consultation.
Is there no one who can help you, but you like it? Then an independent client supporter can help you. This client support is free of charge for you. There are different parties who offer client support. It is up to you which party you choose to engage.
