Do you think care money is being misused? For example, that someone receives a personal budget (PGB) without really needing it? Or that someone is not getting the Health for which they are being paid? Please report this. You can also report anonymously. The municipality will then investigate your report.
What can you report
Money for Health must also be spent on Health . The municipality wants to know if this is being done properly. Even if you only suspect something is not right, it is important to report it.
Examples of what you can report are:
- Making Health pay without Health being delivered.
- Health delivered by incompetent staff.
- charge money for more or different Health than delivered.
- Requesting more Health than necessary.
- asking for money for Health that is already paid for in some other way.
- Health continue to provide (and bill) when it is no longer needed.
- deliver less (good) Health than needed.
- records that are not in order.
- being dishonest about a situation so that money or Health can be claimed unfairly.
- submission of falsified or fabricated information, misrepresentation or DigiD abuse.
- the person who needs Health misuses facilities.
