With a warm cup of tea next to your laptop, you start the morning calmly. You open the team managers' calendars and immediately see where you can make progress: a meeting can be planned more efficiently, an appointment is missing some documents, and a complex schedule requires some clever puzzle work. You briefly consult where necessary, but you can solve a lot yourself. That gives you energy. In between, a colleague walks by with a question about an urgent meeting; thanks to your structure and overview, it's quickly arranged. These are the moments when you realize how valuable your support is.
What will you do?
As an executive assistant, you are the right hand of our team managers. You ensure that schedules are in order and that everything runs smoothly. This means that you take a proactive approach to your work: from scheduling meetings and taking minutes at important consultations to arranging practical matters for new colleagues.
You contribute ideas on how to improve support, identify areas where you can relieve your managers, and assist where necessary, including with the executive secretariat. You are the linchpin who maintains an overview and ensures that everything runs smoothly. You are familiar with Microsoft 365, can type quickly, and switch effortlessly between different tasks and priorities. You know when to consult with your manager and when you can take matters into your own hands. With your help, all appointments and processes within the team run smoothly and efficiently.
