MBO I €4,015 I one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment I 24 hours
You start your day by processing a new application. You ensure that all the details are entered correctly into the system and prepare the documents for the consultant. Later, you schedule a meeting, process notifications, and check that files are complete. In between, you answer a question from a resident and Health that everything is processed neatly and on time. At the end of the day, you finish with a good feeling: with the support of your immediate colleague, you have ensured that colleagues and residents could continue.
What will you do?
In this varied junior position, you will be the administrative hub of the regional team. You will ensure that processes run smoothly and that consultants and account managers can focus on their work. You won't be on your own: our experienced team will give you all the support you need to grow in the profession. We offer coaching, knowledge sharing, and plenty of development opportunities, so that you can master your role step by step.
As a counter & support employee, you are responsible for processing applications, drafting correspondence, and monitoring files. You schedule meetings, keep the administration in order, and ensure that all information is available at the right time. You switch smoothly between consultants, account managers, healthcare providers, and residents. You keep a close eye on urgency, refer cases where necessary, and keep all administrative lines tightly together.
