Wood available for Opsterland residents
Starting in October, you can once again place orders for firewood. You can order big bags of freshly split firewood. Please note: supplies are limited. Delivery will begin in the second half of December.

As of 2026, we will stop selling logs. Split firewood will remain available to residents. In recent years, it has become clear that the demand for logs exceeded the available supply. That is why we are adopting a different approach to processing the wood that becomes available. This will allow us to carry out our work more efficiently.
At the same time, we are increasing our efforts to distribute split firewood to residents. Split firewood can therefore be requested through our website while supplies last.

Are you a resident of the municipality of Opsterland and interested in split firewood? If so, please fill out the “Firewood Request” form (at the top of this page under the heading “Arrange It Now”).
Cost
Timber is delivered within the municipal boundaries for:
- Big bag fresh mixed split wood (1m3), €110 (including VAT)
You may order up to 5m3 of wood in total.
