Effective immediately we have land available for lease (liberalized lease for six years or less). It concerns a contiguous parcel of agricultural land, 2.5813 hectares, cadastral municipality of Gorredijk, section F, numbers 684 partly and 690 partly, located in Loevestein/Gorredijk. The land is exclusively for agricultural use and no structures may be placed on it. Attached is the situation drawing. You can apply until May 21 at grondverkoop@opsterland.nl with your contact information and explanation of what you want to use the land for. If there are more applicants we will conduct a raffle.

Intention to sell/lease land/green spaces

The Municipality of Opsterland intends to enter into a sale/lease agreement for the plots of land listed below:

Intention to lease land

We intend as of January 1, 2025 to establish a leasehold right and associated lease with the current operator of a location for outdoor activities. The plot of land is located between the swimming pool and VV Bakkeveen on the Mjûmsterwei in Bakkeveen.

Objecting

If you do not agree with this sale and if you are of the opinion that you should also be considered as a candidate for sale, you may, during a period of three weeks after publication of this notice, make this known to the Municipality of Opsterland via email grondverkoop@opsterland.nl or by letter for the attention of Mrs. W. Huisman, address Hoofdstraat 82, 9244 CR Beetsterzwaag.

Due date

If no objections have been received no later than three weeks from the date of this publication, then the Municipality will proceed with the sale to the candidate, on the basis of those related provisions, unconditionally and no claims can be made against the Municipality with respect to the present intention to sell this land. The aforementioned period of three weeks is a deadline.

The Municipality of Opsterland intends to proceed to change the right of leasehold for the C2000 station to the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, location Mjûmster Wei 12B in Bakkeveen, municipality of Duurswoude, section B, number 3130.

The period is 15 years and ends on Sept. 28, 2037.
