The Municipality of Opsterland intends to enter into a sale/lease agreement for the plots of land listed below:

Objecting

If you do not agree with this sale and believe that you should also be considered as a prospective buyer, you may notify the municipality of Opsterland of this within three weeks of the publication of this notice by email at grondverkoop@opsterland.nl or by letter addressed to Ms. N. Reichenbach at Hoofdstraat 82, 9244 CR Beetsterzwaag.

Due date

If no objections have been received no later than three weeks from the date of this publication, then the Municipality will proceed with the sale to the candidate, on the basis of those related provisions, unconditionally and no claims can be made against the Municipality with respect to the present intention to sell this land. The aforementioned period of three weeks is a deadline.

We intend as of January 1, 2025 to establish a leasehold right and associated lease with the current operator of a location for outdoor activities. The plot of land is located between the swimming pool and VV Bakkeveen on the Mjûmsterwei in Bakkeveen. Approximately 2,191m217-12-2024

The Municipality of Opsterland intends to proceed to change the right of leasehold for the C2000 station to the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, location Mjûmster Wei 12B in Bakkeveen, municipality of Duurswoude, section B, number 3130.

The period is 15 years and ends on Sept. 28, 2037.
