The De Vrieswijck zoning plan was adopted on Sept. 18, 2023. The plan includes the construction of 95 housing units. Development will take place by PlegtVos. The area will be developed in several phases.

Housing:
The intended building program is 95 housing units. It concerns:
- 5 large detached homes for sale (specials)
- 28 detached owner-occupied homes (above €420,000 costs payable by buyer)
- 26 semi-detached owner-occupied homes (above €420,000 costs payable by buyer)
- 36 terraced houses (for sale, under €420,000 costs payable by buyer)
Planning:
- Q1 2026: some homes completed, some under construction.
