Municipal Magazine
Every year the municipality publishes a municipal magazine (formerly guidebook). The magazine is a handy guide for residents as well as newcomers and tourists to the municipality. The magazine includes addresses and telephone numbers of organizations and associations in (and around) the municipality of Opsterland.
Digital municipal magazine
The municipal magazine is available digitally at http://opsterland.smartmap.nl/. The digital municipal magazine contains address information of the municipality, local interests, libraries, schools, (sports) associations, organizations, stores, institutions, foundations, companies, museums, music schools, pharmacies, housing associations, media, and so on. With all the information found, you can plan your route to the desired location.
As of 2021, the name of the municipal guide has changed to municipal magazine.
Paper municipal magazine
Would you like to receive the paper municipal magazine? You can pick up the guide free of charge at the entrance to the town hall and the library in Gorredijk, Ureterp and Beetsterzwaag. You can also request it digitally: to do so, send an e-mail to gemeente@opsterland.nl. The municipal magazine will then be sent to you as soon as possible. Do you have any questions?
