Sales procedure
The Opsterland Municipality uses a sales procedure to ensure that those interested in a building plot have equal opportunities. This means that the municipality announces the sale of free building plots on the website and periodically in the GrootSa! You can register using the 'Application for a building plot' form.
You may email these to grondverkoop@opsterland.nl.
If there are multiple applicants, the notary will draw lots. The procedure is attached on the website.
