Announcement: Delayed publication of council decision 'Omnibus decision on powers under Omgevingswet, municipality of Opsterland, December 13, 2021.

The mayor and aldermen of Opsterland announce that on December 13, 2021, the municipal council of Opsterland adopted Omgevingswet so-called "Collective Decision on Powers under the Environment Act Omgevingswetin view of the introduction of the Omgevingswet . This decision regulates the council's binding advisory right and mandatory participation in non-plan environmental planning activities (bopas), and determines when the adoption of an amendment to the environmental plan is delegated from the council to the executive committee.

Following this decision, the required announcement and publication were mistakenly not made. This is now being rectified. This therefore concerns a delayed publication and announcement of this Consolidated Decree on Powers Omgevingswet December 13, 2021.
