Today, you will discuss the results of the employee satisfaction survey with your fellow team managers, because you want to know what can be improved. You are curious to see what picture this paints of your team and your employees. After that, you will have a Good Conversation with a number of professionals from your team, during which you will also discuss points from the survey. It is important for you to maintain strong contact with your employees. Together, you will look at what they need to do their job as well as possible and how they can develop further.

What will you do?

You are a leader with a strong personality, ready for a new challenge in the social domain. Within the Area Team, you provide guidance and act as a discussion partner for our professionals. These professionals support residents in areas such as youth, elderly care, safety, work, income, Health welfare. You are a team player, motivated to take responsibility for a large team with a wide range of tasks together with your two colleagues. You facilitate your team without being the subject matter expert, and encourage your employees to show ownership and develop themselves further. You contribute to integrated cooperation and further development in the social domain. As a team manager, you are visible and available to your employees. You ensure connection and attention and encourage them to fully utilize their qualities. You create an environment in which collaboration, learning, trust, enjoyment, and openness are central.

Together with fellow team managers and support departments in the Health organization, Health ensure that the services provided to our residents continue to develop. You play an active role in the management team, where your input directly contributes to the future direction of the organization and the translation of strategic goals into concrete actions within your team. In this position, you combine leadership with room for autonomy and personal growth, enabling you to make an important contribution to the success of your team and the municipal organization.

  • Attractive terms of employment; an attractive salary in accordance with scale 12 of the collective labor agreement for municipalities (max. €6,862 gross per month for full-time employment), an Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 17.05%, travel allowance, a pension scheme through ABP, and discounts on various insurance policies.
  • A permanent position (first year on a fixed-term contract).
