Today you are discussing with your fellow team managers the results of the employee satisfaction survey because you want to know what could be improved. You are curious to know what picture this paints of your team and your employees. Then you conduct the Good Conversation with a number of professionals from your team, taking points from the survey with you. It is important for you to be in strong contact with your employees. Together you look at what they need to do their work as well as possible and how they can develop further.

What will you do?

You are a leader with a solid personality, ready for a new challenge within the social domain. Within the Area Team you give direction to and are interlocutor of our professionals. These professionals support residents in areas such as youth, elderly, safety, work, income, Health and welfare. You are a team player, it motivates you to take responsibility together with your two colleagues for a large team with many diverse tasks. You facilitate your team without being the content expert, and encourage your employees to take ownership and develop themselves further. You contribute to integral cooperation and further development in the social domain. As team manager you are visible and available to your employees. You provide connection, attention and stimulate their quality to the fullest. You create an environment in which cooperation, learning, trust, fun and openness are central.

Together with fellow team managers and supporting departments in the organization Health you ensure that the service to our residents continues to develop. You have an active role in the management team, where your input directly contributes to the future direction of the organization and the translation of strategic goals into concrete actions within your team. In this position you will combine leadership with room for autonomy and personal growth, making a significant contribution to the success of your team and the municipal organization.

  • Attractive terms of employment; a nice salary according to scale 12 of the collective labor agreement for municipalities (max.€ 6,862 gross per month for full-time employment) an Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 17.05%, travel allowance, a pension plan through ABP and discounts on various insurances.
