Gorredijk – Temporary closure of Bleekersbrêge to motorized traffic
Temporary closure of the Bleekersbrêge to cars, trucks, and motorcycles.
From Wednesday, September 16, through Friday, September 25, 2026, maintenance work will be carried out on the Bleekersbrêge in Gorredijk. We will be replacing the bridge’s control system and testing the system for safety and functionality.
Cyclists and pedestrians can continue to use the bridge.
During this period, the bridge will be closed to cars, trucks, motorcycles, and other motorized vehicles. Cyclists and pedestrians may continue to use the bridge as usual.
Detour routes for motorized traffic will be posted on site. Emergency services have been notified of the closure.
