No waste collection in Opsterland
Due to the winter weather, the roads are slippery and dangerous. Therefore, Omrin will not be collecting waste in our municipality for the rest of this week. This will continue until at least Sunday, January 11.
What will change for you?
- This week: Omrin will no longer collect waste. This applies to all containers, including those for Household Hazardous Waste KCA). So please do not leave your container on the street.
- Next week (starting Monday, January 12): The schedule will change. The green bin (organic waste) will not be emptied next week. Instead, Omrin will collect all residual waste. So next week, only residual waste will be collected.
Recycling centers
Most recycling centers remain open at this time. Would you like to dispose of waste yourself?
Please note: if the weather deteriorates, other recycling centers may also close. Always check this before you leave.
