You make a difference in someone's life! Your day starts with a spicy espresso in the work café, you are looking forward to the day ahead. Cheerfully you are greeted by colleagues. Together this morning you discuss a number of complicated requests for a WMO provision and then you get to work on the open caseload. In between you get a phone call; a resident thanks you for your support with an application. With a smile you take the compliment. The afternoon is all about kitchen table talks.
What will you do?
As an experienced Wmo consultant, you are an important support for people who would like to continue living at home. With your knowledge and commitment, you help them get the right help and arrange everything quickly and smoothly. In this way you help them remain independent and improve their lives. You do everything: you review applications, give advice, make customized plans, identify problems, maintain contact with clients, informal caregivers and professionals and conduct kitchen table talks in an informal manner.
You will become part of our Area Team. The Area Team is an independent team of professionals with different disciplines. We like to work integrally within the broad social domain and are a fixed face in the villages. We work outreach, approach residents proactively and encourage their own strengths. We work systematically from the principle of "one family, one plan, one director".
Here's what we offer you
- Attractive terms of employment; an attractive salary according to scale 9 of the collective bargaining agreement for municipalities (max. €4,811 gross per month for a 36-hour work week) an Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 17.05%, commuting allowance, a pension plan through ABP and discounts on various insurances.
- A structural position. Depending on your current situation, you will start with a fixed-term contract.
