Public Space Supervisor

What will you do?

As a Superintendent, you are the hub of the Execution team. Together with two fellow Executives you organize and direct the daily work in the field of green and civil, where you have knowledge and experience in one of these two areas. You divide the work among your team, keep a sharp eye on progress and ensure that the quality is always top notch. Your experience allows you to quickly identify problems and see opportunities where others might not. The Execution team is developing rapidly. You will be an important pivot in this in the coming years. 

You keep an overview of budgets and are the point of contact for residents, associations, Local Interests and other involved parties. You are also responsible for emergency services and ensure safety on the work floor by carrying out regular inspections. 

You are clear to your team and have an eye for your employees. You create a positive working atmosphere, manage desired behavior and think along with the development of your employees. With your technical insight, leadership qualities and people skills, you are the connecting factor that ensures that work and team perform well.
