Customer satisfaction: your opinion counts!

We are constantly working to improve our services. We do this in a variety of ways. Examples include expanding our online services, conducting customer journeys and rewriting complex texts clearly and unambiguously. We find it very important to hear from you how you experience our service. What went well? What could be improved? Based on your opinion, we can better respond to your preferences and wishes.

How can you submit your opinion?

Do you request a product or service from us online? If so, you may receive a questionnaire or an e-mail asking you what you thought of our service. Rating is very simple: by clicking on a smiley you indicate how satisfied you are. This is followed by a short questionnaire. Filling it out takes a maximum of one minute. By doing so, you help us tremendously!

What happens to your response?

In the short questionnaire you can indicate what went well and what could be improved. We take this information into account in the further development of our services. Some things can be improved immediately, for example a change in the text. Other things require more effort and therefore time. We prioritize the adjustments based on the number of reports received from our residents. Sometimes we have to make choices. Not everything is feasible, but we do our best to match the service as closely as possible to your wishes.
