Procurement complaint scheme

If you have a complaint against the tendering procedure and/or against the conduct of the contracting authority, you should state the points/parts of the tender with which you disagree, giving reasons and substantiation.

This complaint can be submitted at klachten.owo-gemeenten@coppa.nl, with the following in the subject line: tender name, Municipality of Opsterland and the name of the contact person.

Filing a complaint with the Committee of Procurement Experts, does not suspend this procurement process.
