Purchasing conditions OWO municipality of Opsterland

The Municipality of Opsterland uses Procurement Requirements when purchasing goods and services. These Requirements provide clarity and promote transparency in the procurement process. Terms of sale of suppliers are in principle not accepted.

Applicable Requirements

  1. General Purchasing Requirements for Supplies and Services OWO 2025
    The General Purchasing Requirements for Supplies and Services apply to all contracts relating to supplies and services. These Requirements are based on the VNG municipal standard, supplemented by an addendum with OWO-specific provisions.
  2. Requirements
    ICT-related procurement, including hardware and software, is subject to the municipal standard terms and conditions as set forth in the GIBIT.
  3. Uniform Administrative Requirements (UAV)
    The UAV applies to works and technical installations within the GWW sector.
  4. Uniform Administrative Requirements for Integrated Contracts (UAV-GC 2025)
    These Requirements are specific to integrated contracts, such as Design & Construct.
  5. Purchasing Requirements for Hiring Third Parties OWO 2019
    The hiring of third parties (individuals) is subject to additional purchasing requirements, which are applied in addition to the above Requirements.
