Gorredijk Loevestein phase 4

In the Gorredijk - Loevestein phase 4 zoning plan (adopted December 20, 2011), the housing development has been cut into three parts. Loevestein phase 4 West (is already fully built), Loevestein phase 4 East (almost finished construction) and Loevestein phase 4 South. Now that Loevestein phase 4 East is almost fully built, the municipality will start developing the connecting part Loevestein phase 4 South.
Housing:
Intended is a building program of 81 homes with various housing types for different target groups. Including row houses, semi-detached houses, free plots and apartments.
Planning:
- Q3 2024: council decision on ground exploitation
- Q3 2025: construction start
- Q4 2025: start issuance of lots
