In the Gorredijk – Loevestein phase 4 zoning plan (adopted on December 20, 2011), the residential development has been divided into three parts. Loevestein phase 4 West (already fully built), Loevestein phase 4 East (almost completed) and Loevestein phase 4 South. Now that Loevestein phase 4 East is almost fully built, the municipality is starting to develop the adjacent section, Loevestein phase 4 South.

During the open house, you can get more information about the vacant lots being sold by the municipality of Opsterland.
Sales of the 23 private lots will begin in the third and fourth quarters of 2026. The lots will be allocated through a lottery. The sales prices range from €232 to €258 per square meter, excluding VAT, for lots that are not waterfront. For waterfront lots, prices range from €284 to €310 per square meter, excluding VAT (2026 price level). In the table below, you can find the established lot prices and areas per lot.
