After a quick coffee break with your colleagues, you open Rx.Mission to fix a glitch that is slowing down the licensing process. You interact with users, test a new template and make sure everything is running smoothly again. In the afternoon, you brief the legal team on a new functionality. In this way you make the work of your colleagues easier and keep our digital environment reliable and up-to-date. With your keen eye for systems and processes, every day you contribute to a government that really works for people.
What will you do?
Within the OWO municipalities (Ooststellingwerf, Weststellingwerf and Opsterland) you are the functional administrator who ensures that our systems in the physical domain, such as DSO, Rx.Mission, Rx.Base, STTR Builder, BinnenBuitenBeter, BoaRegistratieSysteem and CityControl, always work optimally.
You solve malfunctions, think along with users and test new functionalities so that everything fits well with the work processes of licensing, supervision and enforcement. You manage accounts, monitor access rights and coordinate with suppliers, supporting departments and internal control.
You also work on links to national facilities and participate in project groups, such as those for the Omgevingswet, to help set up and improve systems. In this way you contribute to process improvement and data-driven work as well as to a digital environment that is reliable, user-friendly and ready for the future.
Here's what we offer you
