HR Intern

What will you do?

You enjoy making connections. Not just on paper, but especially in conversations with people. You want to understand how work is structured, what changes are brought about by the use of technology, and what that does to the employee. It's not just about tools and processes, you also look at job satisfaction, development and dreams for the future.

During this internship, you will dive into the world of functions, AI and organizational development. You'll investigate which functions within our organization are already using AI applications, where that saves time, quality or speed, and how the freed up time is used. But you also look ahead: what do employees want to do with that time? Where are development opportunities? What do they expect from the future? And what support or guidance do they need?

You conduct conversations, ask questions and analyze patterns. With your curiosity and fresh perspective, you'll make connections between employees, technology and organizational development. At the end of your internship, you will deliver a clear overview and practical HR advice. In doing so, you'll help not only our HR team, but also executives and teams preparing for tomorrow's work.

You will be supervised by an experienced HR advisor during your internship and given the space to shape your own research. We are open to your ideas and encourage you to follow your curiosity. What is important to us? That you can be yourself, enjoy working and have the space to learn.

• Attractive internship remuneration of €500 gross per month for a 36-hour work week.
