Hospitality businesses checked in preventive inspection
The municipality of Opsterland, together with the Dutch Labor Inspectorate, Liander and the police, conducted a joint enforcement action at several catering establishments in the municipality on Thursday. During the inspection, compliance with permit conditions and the zoning plan was examined.
The action was preventive in nature. The municipality regularly conducts such checks, in cooperation with the Labor Inspectorate, Liander and the police, to ensure safety, livability and compliance with rules in the hospitality industry.
