Why is this important?
The event calendar is a good tool for police and emergency services to properly allocate their available manpower and resources. Do you not provide a date and do you want to host an event next year? If so, your event may not be approved due to limited availability of emergency services.
No permit application
Please note that this notification is not a permit application. With this notification you pass on your event for planning purposes. This way police and emergency services can take it into account in time. You apply for the permit separately later: eight to twelve weeks before the event.
